Topics include managing timelines and expectations, warranties, walkthroughs, change orders, construction lending, inspections, surveys, delays, and communication throughout the building process. Attendees will gain practical strategies for avoiding common pitfalls and creating stronger relationships between builders, agents, and consumers.
