This is a great evening full of networking, small bites, beverages, door prizes, and fun! 

Associate Members rent tables (hence table top) to display their company’s products and or services to everyone in attendance.   

4:30 pm VIP (BIA Builder Members, Event Sponsors, Annual Sponsors, BIA Executive Committee) 

5:00 pm All Other Entry

7:00 pm Conclusion of Event

Builders (and plus ones), BIA Executive Committee | FREE Admission | 1/2 Hour VIP Entry

General Admission (no table) $100 | $150 at door

Table Rental: SOLD OUT!

Early Bird | $400.00 On or before February 21, 2025

• Additional Admission | Table/Event Sponsor $35/person

On Time | $425.00 After February 21, 2025

For Table Sponsors/Exhibitors ONLY: 

• Table set up will begin at 2:00 pm. Must be set up by 4:00 pm.
• Included with exhibitor registration:
  • 8 foot table (not draped), 
  • 2 chairs, 
  • 2 complimentary admissions
  • 2 complimentary drink tickets
  • *Electric not guaranteed*
  • Please remember table linens are NOT provided.
