This course will provide builders and industry professionals with a practical overview of the plan review and inspection process, including building, electrical, and HVAC inspections. Attendees will learn about common code violations across multiple disciplines, gain insight into what inspectors look for in the field, and have the opportunity to ask questions during an interactive Q&A.

The course will also include a customer service-focused session, highlighting best practices for communication and creating a positive experience throughout the building and inspection process.
